Why Telegram Owner Verification Matters
A short look at why verified owner routing is safer than relying on a plain Telegram username for bot reports.

The problem with plain usernames
A Telegram username alone is not enough for reliable owner routing. Usernames can change, be mistyped, or point to the wrong account.
The safer pattern
BotLink now uses a verification handshake through the actual tenant bot. The intended owner opens a deep link, starts the bot, and the workspace stores the verified Telegram user and chat target.
Why this matters
That extra step gives the product a real destination for escalations and summaries instead of a guess.
